Organic fig, olive and quince cultivation and production of organic jam since 2003 in the hinterland of Nin - Poljica, municipality of Vrsi, Dalmatia/Croatia. The name of our main product is ŠINJORINA SMOKVA® and our products have been awarded for quality and design. Production is organic, exclusive, seasonal, traditional recipe combined with modern technology. ORGANIC ŠINJORINA jams have only one ingredient - organic fruit. We produce: FIG, MARASKA CHERRY, MANDARIN, PLUM, QUINCE... For years we have been JAM CHAMPIONS at Intrada (Split), which awards Mediterranean food producers. We also dry organic fruit such as dried figs and produce fig cake "Šinjorina za van", a healthy snack/bar. Only organic fruit in limited quantities. ARTisan Jam.
